Floyd is a modern furniture company with products that look good and are long lasting. The identity is focused around a custom typeface I drew, inspired and representing the company's Rust Belt heritage. The typeface and logo are drawn from the letters of an old steel factory sign where the founders’ grandfather worked.

The brand's core is kept to the logo, typeface, and color. The combined elements of the visual identity are representative of the company's design ethos; minimal yet hardworking.
